Framework for Prioritizing Contact Tracing and Mass Testing of COVID-19 Using Graph Theory

Contact tracing has become one of the most useful tools for fighting novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic worldwide. The underlining philosophy contact is determining people who have been in with infected persons and thus isolate them from becoming agents onward transmission virus. Slow contacts inconsistent or inaccurate information provided by patients usually leads to spread virus along a trajectory at healthcare systems' blindside. This led proposal app-based solutions. paper proposes an SQL-based framework that transforms simple interaction data entries into graphs applies graph theory prioritize process. returns nodes individual IDs together values called Risk_Points enable individuals' selection isolation treatment. Results on simulated show proposed can help slow virus's rate transmission.
